These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Slyced Kreme website, products and services. By using our website, contacting us through WhatsApp, or placing an order with Slyced Kreme, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions.
Slyced Kreme currently provides products and services within Nigeria only. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and that you are authorized to make purchases using the selected payment method.
All products and services are subject to availability. We reserve the right to modify, discontinue or limit products, services, pricing, menus, ingredients, classes or promotions at any time without prior notice.
Orders are currently completed through WhatsApp. Product selections made on our website may be submitted through WhatsApp for confirmation, pricing, availability checks and order processing. An order is not considered accepted until it has been confirmed by Slyced Kreme. We reserve the right to decline, cancel or limit orders where necessary, including cases involving product availability, pricing errors, suspected fraud or operational constraints.
Slyced Kreme currently accepts orders through WhatsApp. Product images, descriptions and pricing displayed on the website are provided for informational purposes and may occasionally be updated or corrected. Availability, delivery options, pricing and order details will be confirmed before an order is finalized.
All prices displayed on our website are in Nigerian Naira (₦) unless otherwise stated. Final pricing, delivery charges and order details will be confirmed during the WhatsApp ordering process. Payment instructions will be communicated through WhatsApp where applicable. Orders may only be processed after payment has been confirmed where payment in advance is required. We reserve the right to correct pricing inaccuracies and update prices at any time.

Certain products, including custom cakes, catering requests, surprise packages and scheduled services, may require advance notice and additional confirmation. Production may begin shortly after confirmation, which may affect cancellation eligibility.
Registration for culinary classes, workshops and events may be subject to availability, scheduling requirements and participation limits. Slyced Kreme reserves the right to modify, reschedule or cancel classes and events when reasonably necessary.
